Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.ġ-3 years of relevant work experience desired.Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).Relieve Production Operators and/or Material Handlers during breaks.Assist the Technical crew with projects, as needed.Transfer resin from railcars to silos, conduct and record resin counts and silo readings.Maintain the regrind flow to the mixers and to the correct percentages.Maintain material blenders to ensure products match the Bill of Material.Maintain the smooth flow of material, including movement of all virgin and regrind materials with respect to the material mixing process.
